Description: This hotel, built in 1976 has 70 rooms spread out over 3 floors. It has 12 single rooms and 58 double rooms, all rooms are air conditioned, and have bathrooms and telephones. The hotel has 24 hour reception, a bar and a restaurant. The hotel has a pool as well.

It gets consistently high marks in the various guidebooks in both French and English.
“A step up in the budget bracket, this place should really be a three star. The rooms are large and comfortable, with modern amenities, TV, and bathroom. Even better are the inviting pool, bar and restaurant (the breakfasts are an excellent value).”  Lonely Planet (2007 Morocco book).

The Petit Fute (Maroc 2007/2008) said the hotel had impeccably clean rooms as well as the bathrooms making it a great spot to stay.

The Guide du Routard (Maroc 2008) commented that while the hotel is simple in décor it is very comfortable and clean. The small pool and communal terraces add value to the hotel and make it a great place for relaxing in the sun.
