Description: This hotel has 102 rooms and 4 suites- it offers all the comforts of a modern luxury hotel. Each room has air conditioning, telephones, TV, satellite and a minibar. The hotel also has 3 conference rooms (44 m2, 92 m2, and 310 m2). There are two restaurants- one with international food, and one with Moroccan food, a tapas bar and a discotheque in the hotel. The pool at the hotel overlooks the city of Fes.

Although the New York Times didn’t like the style of the hotel, they did note that the view from the hotel is the ideal place to take in the city. While the Telegraph would agree with the NY Times opinion of the view, they recommended the Merinides Hotel as the place to stay in their 2002 article on Fes. It was also listed as a recommended address in the Footprint Morocco guide as well as the Independent’s Ultimate Guide to Weekend Holidays.
