Golf Outings

Morocco has great weather for golf, and many top level courses  designed by the likes of Robert Trent Jones.  Lee Tevino called the Dar Es-Salam golf course in Rabat, one of the finest on which he had ever played.

My favorite course that I have played in Morocco is the course in Meknes. The course was beautiful, but the reason the it stands out is that it is set in the walls of the medina! I don’t think there is another course like it in the world. The caddies were helpful and it was a really enjoyable play.

The course in Mohammedia is beautiful as well. The following pictures we took while there:

The course in Fes, which I have not played, overlooks the Atlas mountains and is supposed to be one of the finest in the country.

Didn’t bring your clubs? Don’t worry, you can rent them.

Again, The Travel Source is your source for Golf outings, and again, mention Fes hotels website and get a free traditional lunch in the Medina. You can get them through their website or the contact form here.
